For my solo travel, the hotel offered a comfy and clean room, despite its small size with a very compact bathroom setup. The staff was extremely friendly and solved a billing issue promptly. The location, while slightly distant from Shinjuku Station, was convenient with nearby amenities. The dining options were delicious but on the pricey side. Overall, a cozy stay with great service and convenient location.
